This was the second year that Bro Lam Ying applied for funding from BCA to sponsor the administrative costs of the operation of Don Bosco Oratory and Youth Centre in Cheung Chau. The fund paid for the expenses of the rent, basic administration, academic tuitions, professional training courses, transportation of volunteers, weekend Oratory expenditures and evangelistic activities, etc.
